Terms & Policies
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling service, the client authorizes our team to perform detailing services on the specified aircraft. All services are performed with care and industry-standard practices.
2. Scheduling & Availability
Appointments are subject to availability. Service times may vary depending on aircraft size, condition, hangar access, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions or operational limitations.
3. Payments & Deposits
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior billing arrangements have been approved. Large-scale or specialty detailing services may require a deposit prior to scheduling.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate advance notice for any changes.
5. Aircraft Condition
Clients are responsible for ensuring the aircraft is accessible and free of hazardous materials. Pre-existing damage or wear should be disclosed prior to service.
6. Liability
While all precautions are taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects. Any concerns discovered during service will be reported immediately to the client.
7. Access Requirements
Client must provide necessary airport, FBO, or hangar access for scheduled services. Delays caused by restricted access may affect service timing or pricing.
8. Weather & Safety
Exterior detailing services are weather-dependent and may be postponed for safety or quality reasons.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if the aircraft is in an unsuitable condition for detailing.
10. Agreement
By booking services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
